To you and your compatriot who have felt many months of Enclosure in our society in lessons and Wars’ Captivity. We from Wales give to you a message of Good Will to persist vestiges of your Country (wording was hard here some variations possible.) Sooner or later the shame of war will pass and we ourselves will once again take our place in the New World. Our desire is a better world, a haven full of peace. How then may we be able to know when we reach the fact that for us, there is only one path open to us. We must be ready, if we even attempt to reach our aim, to do our part to make a New World that we wish for it to be. Thus friends we are giving to you a new signal of faith and Good Will to strengthen our belief for us to be in unity in our efforts to assist each other and our fellow-men to face the difficulties of life and through patience reach our aim, in place of War and horror, Peace and happiness will be our part.

Unorthodox capitalisation of words is derived from the original authors influence. “We from Wales… of your Country” was the best assimilation of words due to their dual meanings. If it is nonsensical it can be re-worded.
